The show starring Surbhi Jyoti and Anita Hassanandani in the lead roles manages to grab eyeballs like no one else. Following the show, Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai manages to take the second position with the high intense drama.
